Egyptian Plastic & Electrical Industries Company was founded by a royal decree in April 3rd, 1945 as the
Egyptian Plastic & Electrical Industries. In 1963
the company was nationalized under the nationalization act at the time. When huge parts of the state owned companies were privatized in 2000, the current management took over and turned the company into a private shareholding company.
With constant improvements and product developments, Egyptian Plastic & Electrical Industries Company products come from three factories: Lead acid batteries, artificial leather and industrial foam. All manufacturing in any of the three factories is done in accordance with modern industrial systems. |
